    For the sixth consecutive year, BERTL conducted a global, industry-wide survey covering all major manufacturers' copier, printer and MFP performances by asking readers to relate their opinions on how different manufacturers handle key issues such as ease of use, reliability, image quality and training.  BERTL allows buyers, end users and resellers to be the ultimate judges of digital imaging systems and provide an overall rating of manufacturer performance in key categories from both buying and selling perspectives.  Responses were received from corporate executives, enterprise buyers, technical professionals, resellers and end users in more than 90 countries.
